At The Claus Co,, we're committed to delivering your festive products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders within Australia.

1. Shipping within Australia

  • Processing Time: All orders will have a short processing time before shipping as they are printed on demand. After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You can see the estimated time to delivery on 

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-8 days from dispatch, but can vary depending on the product. Please check the product description for estimated delivery time.

    • Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), or regional delivery variations.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Standard Shipping: Shipping rates vary depending on the product. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order through the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at greetings@theclausco.au. We will do our best to accommodate the change if the order has not yet been dispatched.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • Damaged in Transit: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  • Lost Parcels: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier first. If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us at greetings@theclausco.au, and we will assist you in investigating the issue.
